How To Transfer Your Domain To Another Google Account

This guide will outline the process of how to transfer your domain from an existing Google Domain account to another Google Domains account.
  • Log in to the account of the current owner of the domain and then go to “My Domains.” Click on the domain you wish to move to another Google account.
  • Navigate to the options from the left and click “Registration Settings.”
  • Scroll down and go to Domain Permissions. Click “Add User.”
  • Enter the Google email address of the account where you want to transfer the domain
  • Log in to the gaining account’s domain dashboard and then go to “My Domains”
  • Click on the “Manage” option beside the domain’s expiration date
  • Select “Registration Settings.” Edit the domain contact information to the gaining account’s contact details by clicking on “Edit” in the upper right-hand corner of the Contact Information field. Save the new information.
  • Still under the Registration Settings, scroll down to the Domain Permissions option and click on the trash icon to delete the old owner’s access.
