For this process, it’s important to prepare the domain correctly:
- Log in to the losing account and go to “Domains.” Click on the domain you want to move.
- Navigate to the contact information page on the left menu bar and click “Change Contact.”

- Change the contact details to match the gaining account’s information. Proceed to change all types of contacts from Registrant, Administrative, Billing, and Technical contact.
- In the event that the gaining account did not set the contact details for one contact data, ask them to add it.
- An email will be sent to both old and new contact data holders, asking for confirmation of the change.

- After the contact change is confirmed by both parties, proceed with your request to move the domain to another account by contacting the Support Team from the losing party’s account. They will check if all the requirements are met and initiate the move internally.
